Our agency celebrates its 5th anniversary on April 1, 2025, but I’ve been with State Farm since 2012. I lead a team of six and we’re moving into a beautiful new building in March 2025. We offer flexible hours, personalized training, competitive pay with commissions and bonuses, PTO, a 401K match, and snacks. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and am passionate about giving back. Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• This is an in office position in Lafayette, Colorado.
