ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for a Business Development Lead with 3–4 years of hands-on experience driving commercial growth. Experience in money transfer, electronic payments, or fintech space is highly desirable. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable chasing hard numbers, sharp at spotting market movements, and effective at turning potential into profit. You will work directly with senior management to expand partnerships, increase transaction volumes, and strengthen the company’s competitive position. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive business growth across Mexico and the Caribbean, identifying and securing new partnerships within these markets.
• Manage and expand new or existing relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, money transfer companies, agents, billers, etc.
• Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring deals are sustainable, profitable, and aligned with compliance requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide strategy and support decision-making.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, and performance reports supported by data-driven analysis.
• Work closely with product, operations, network operations, IT and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of new initiatives.
• Track KPIs and drive performance to meet revenue and volume of transactions.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and partner presentations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 3–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles.
• Background in money transfer, remittances, electronic payments, or fintech preferred.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs, dashboards, and financial metrics.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions when stakes are high.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Solid understanding of commercial contracts, revenue models, and business economics.
• Results-driven with a track record of tangible achievements.
• Business-oriented mindset with practical judgment.
• Strategic thinking paired with day-to-day execution ability.
• Resilience and discipline.
• Problem-solving and analytical reasoning using real data.
• Adaptability in a competitive, fast-moving financial environment.
