Details LDRP unit within a hospital setting providing labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care Cares for couplets and antepartum patients, with high risk pregnancy experience considered a plus Day shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts from 0700-1930 Call required for 3-4 shifts per 8-week block Floating required to Pediatrics and NICU, with ability to safety sit on any unit 13-week assignment length Requirements Active RN license (Montana or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate AWHONN Advanced certification preferred Minimum 2 years of prior Labor & Delivery RN experience required Prior charge experience preferred Experience in couplet care, high risk antepartum, and LDRP settings required Additional Information Provide comprehensive care across labor, delivery, postpartum, and antepartum stages including high risk pregnancies Skilled in fetal monitoring, including external and internal fetal monitoring and IUPC placement Experienced in managing high-risk conditions such as pre-eclampsia, placenta previa, PPROM, preterm labor, and VBAC/TOL Proficient in postpartum care including hemorrhage management, cesarean section recovery, and lactation support Skilled in medication administration including Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, and antihypertensives First-time travelers are not accepted for this position Local candidates are not accepted; must reside 75 miles from the facility References required at time of consideration Former permanent employees of the facility must have taken a 2-year break in service before eligibility American Traveler Job ID P-746862.
