Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

A healthcare organization is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Cheshire, CT. This primary care role offers the opportunity to provide outpatient care in a Monday through Friday setting with a consistent daytime schedule.

About the Opportunity:

Shift: Day shift
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with lunch built in
Setting: Primary care

Responsibilities:

Provide primary care services to adult and family medicine patients in an outpatient setting
Manage an average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day
Support coverage for a maternity leave assignment
Deliver care without weekend shifts or procedures
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in accordance with established clinical standards

Qualifications:

Active Connecticut license
Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
DEA and CDS registration
At least 5 years of Family Medicine experience
