We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Pre-K Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team in Celina, TX. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and thrive in a positive classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
- Follow all licensing and safety regulations
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years experience working with preschool or Pre-K age children preferred
- Passion for early childhood education
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Teaches and allows children to make choices
- Has experience with behavior management and can successfully redirect children's behaviors
- Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
