We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects, ensuring all aspects of the work are thoroughly assessed. You will conduct comprehensive site evaluations, analyze project specifications, and collaborate with project managers to understand the scope of work. Your expertise will be crucial in determining material costs, labor requirements, and other project expenses, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing systems and a keen eye for detail. You will be tasked with generating detailed proposals and bid documents, as well as maintaining relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing information and negotiate contracts. Additionally, you will monitor project timelines and budgets, providing updates to management and assisting with any necessary adjustments. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential, as you will regularly interact with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.


To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of roofing materials and installation techniques, along with proficiency in estimation software. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation or a related field is preferred.
