Estimator - Construction Subcontractor

Job Description Our client is seeking an Estimator to support the pursuit and planning of construction projects throughout Central Florida. This individual will play a key role in developing project budgets, evaluating opportunities, coordinating pricing efforts, and supporting preconstruction activities from concept through award.

This opportunity is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys analyzing project costs, collaborating with trade partners, and helping bring large-scale residential and mixed-use developments from planning to reality. Develop conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and pricing strategies for new construction and renovation projects

Review plans, specifications, and project requirements to identify scope, risks, and cost considerations

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to obtain and evaluate pricing information

Support project planning efforts through cost analysis, budgeting, and preconstruction coordination

Maintain estimating data and assist with ongoing project pursuit activities

3+ years of estimating experience within the construction industry

• Experience developing estimates for multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality, commercial, or similar project types
• Experience estimating ground-up and renovation projects with multi-million-dollar construction values
• Strong ability to interpret construction documents and evaluate project scope requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction-related software platforms
