We are currently looking for a Data Marketing Analyst with the opportunity to co-own one of the directions.

In this role, you will become an analytical partner for product and marketing teams, responsible for developing analytics in an area focused on user acquisition and reactivation. You will influence strategic decisions based on a deep understanding of user behavior, communication channels effectiveness, and A/B testing.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced analyst who wants to shape a direction, implement systematic approaches, and scale analytical practices in the team.

What You Will Do: – Identify and prioritize analysis directions to uncover product growth points; – Initiate and accompany A/B tests – from formulating hypotheses to final results analysis; – Develop a system for monitoring key metrics and early warning signals; – Analyze the effectiveness of user scenarios, communications, and return/retention campaigns; – Mentor other analysts, form best practices, and participate in the development of analytical culture; – Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to implement analytics-based changes.

What Is Important To Us: – 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or product analyst (Middle+ level); – Confident command of SQL, practical experience with large data sets; – Understanding of A/B testing principles, statistical analysis, and cause-and-effect relationships; – Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.); – Experience in building monitoring systems, analytical reporting, and analytics automation; – Strong communication skills: ability to explain complex things simply, defend your ideas at the management level; – Experience interacting with product/marketing teams at a strategic partner level; – Initiative, result orientation, independence.

Plus: – Experience working with Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn) or R for data analysis; – Experience in mentoring or building an analytical team.
