Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete cycle of accounting tasks
<\/div>

• Monitor financial transactions and generate reports
<\/div>

• Process accounts receivable and payable, and manage invoices
<\/div>

• Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and financial management
<\/div>

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations, verifying transactions are recorded correctly
<\/div>

• Use Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and reports
<\/div>

• Manage the payroll system and handle payroll processing
<\/div>

• Conduct account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
<\/div>

• Adhere to legal standards, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
<\/div><\/span>

Requirements <\/h3>

Must have a minimum of an Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance. Bachelor's degree preferred.

•QuickBooks experience a MUST
<\/div>

•Experience with basic accounting procedure such as invoicing, ledgers accounts, reconciliation
<\/div>

•Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word required. Powerpoint a plus.
