Plant Financial Controller – Anderson, IN Location: Anderson, Indiana Employment type: Full Time Modality: On-site Professional level: Management Department: Accounting Status: Closed Description The Plant Financial Controller reports and analyzes financials in partnership with plant leadership, including budgets, monthly closing, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Prepare the monthly management accounts and assist with the reporting of the financial accounts at year end. Supply management information and variance analysis to the business in order to aid strategic decision making. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget. Assist with both internal and external audits. Participate in the day-to-day activities of the site, as well as cross-functional projects. Drive the integrity of the account postings within the SAP system. Support the team on all aspects of management information and variance analysis. Work in collaboration with central finance and shared services to ensure transaction processing proceeds smoothly and with minimal error levels. Travel occasionally as needed. Perform other duties as reasonably required from time to time. Qualifications 5+ years controlling experience. Direct experience in a corrugated box plant. Ownership of annual budget, forecast, and monthly close. Strong inventory, manufacturing variance, and cost accounting background.
