Financial Coordinator (Full-Time)
Pay: $25.00?$30.00 per hour , based on experience
We're looking for a motivated, dependable Financial Coordinator to join our growing dental team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with patients, and is comfortable taking on additional leadership responsibilities to help support daily office operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients
- Coordinating insurance benefits and payment arrangements
- Managing patient accounts and collections
- Supporting daily office operations and assisting with workflow, team accountability, and problem-solving
- Helping ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in through treatment acceptance
