Responsibilities Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas and the Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness; and complete inspection forms and reports as required. Assist the leadership team in administrative functions up to and including disciplinary actions, team member counseling, training, cross training and development of new supervisors. Assist in the completion of team member evaluations as outlined in Company policy. Report facility problems and required preventive maintenance. Schedule the cleaning of public and casino areas and assign duties to ensure timely completion. Schedule team members to ensure all sections and areas are adequately covered. Assist in the training of Environmental Services team members in OSHA standards and regulations; document and maintain the appropriate records. Take inventory of supplies and ensure necessary items are ordered. Ensure all equipment is working properly. Prepare necessary work orders and ensure equipment is repaired and returned in a timely manner. Other job‑related duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to logically and independently plan, organize, and complete work. Well‑developed interpersonal skills. Ability to set and achieve high standards of performance. Demonstrate the ability to make progress on multiple assignments under time constraints. Exhibit excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Must be able to express ideas or make recommendations concerning job‑related issues. Learn specific job duties and complete detailed work assignments, maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques. Must have a thorough knowledge of all‑cleaning procedures, equipment and supplies. Maintain a working knowledge of basic office software and be adaptable to new technology. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years' environmental services supervisory experience preferred.
