Scrum Master

Responsibilities Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. SAFe Agile Release Train Support Support Agile teams operating within SAFe Agile Release Train and team-of-teams structures. Stakeholder & Team Coordination Coordinate activities between Product Owners, development teams, business stakeholders, and Scrum Masters. Identify delivery risks, remove blockers, and mitigate impediments impacting team performance. Team Coaching & Continuous Improvement Promote psychological safety, team ownership, Agile practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support backlog refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery planning activities. SAFe Events Facilitation Facilitate PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other SAFe ceremonies. Development & Operations Collaboration Improve collaboration between Development and Operations teams to enhance delivery effectiveness. Performance Monitoring & Governance Analyze team metrics, support roadmap execution, and contribute to project governance activities. Quality & Delivery Standards Ensure adherence to quality standards, Definition of Done, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments. Agile & SAFe Certification Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification with practical experience applying Agile frameworks. Experience working within SAFe Agile Release Trains and team-of-teams delivery models. Technical Project Understanding Strong understanding of IT projects and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams. Large Team Facilitation Experience Experience supporting development teams consisting of ten or more engineers and specialists. Proven ability to identify risks, remove blockers, and facilitate cross-team collaboration. Stakeholder Management Skills Strong project management and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams. Jira & Confluence Expertise Hands‑on experience using Jira and Confluence to support Agile delivery and reporting. Agile Coaching Capability Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and ways of working.
