Compensation Range: $80-$90/hr | Target Conversion Salary: $200K-$240K

- Lead the build of a new 0-to-1 digital product from discovery and prototyping through launch and iteration.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, SMEs, and stakeholders to determine what should be built and how to build it.
- Own development end-to-end across backend, frontend, data, and AWS infrastructure.
- Build scalable applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Help incorporate AI capabilities directly into the product and leverage AI-assisted development tools.
- Operate in a highly collaborative, startup-style environment while remaining hands-on with development.
- 5 years of software engineering experience with Senior/Lead-level ownership.
- Strong 0-to-1 product development experience and a product-first mindset.
- Strong backend engineering and data/information architecture experience.
- Experience with TypeScript/Node.js, React, and AWS.
- Experience deploying and scaling production applications.
- Strong business acumen with experience working directly with Product, Design, customers, or business stakeholders.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Startup, greenfield, or founding-engineer-style experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
