Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) – Day or Night Shift | $33-$37/hr | McKnight Place Extended Care

Pay: $33.00 – $37.00/hour (based on experience; higher pay available for RN)
Schedule:

• Day Shift: 7:00am–3:00pm (Full-time)

• Night Shift: 11:00pm–7:00am

Your Impact:
In this role, you are more than a clinician — you are a leader on the floor. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing and overseeing direct nursing care for our residents

• Supervising and supporting nursing assistants to ensure a cohesive team environment

• Administering medications and providing prompt response to emergencies

• Maintaining clear, professional communication with residents, families, and physicians

• Ensuring accurate documentation within electronic health records

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Missouri RN or LPN license

• CPR certification required; IV certification preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing, hospital, or similar clinical environments

• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to professional standards

• Physical ability to meet the demands of the nursing role
