A-Gas Americas is seeking an energetic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Rhome, TX. This role requires exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to maintain positive and supportive customer partnerships. Key responsibilities include: Provide professional customer support and prompt account management Assist truck drivers to ensure smooth rapid delivery of products and services to customers Promptly answer, screen, and direct phone calls from customers Review and manage customer accounts to ensure 100% accuracy in order entry. Facilitate prompt, precise entry and tracking of gas acquisition jobs. Partner with operations, logistics, and plant teams to ensure jobs are completed on time Filter data based on material pricing structures and specific contract fee requirements Apply exact pricing models aligned with the most current customer master agreements. Update purchase orders, material metrics and cost structures in web-based systems Prepare final job reports and partner with finance dept. to clear jobs for receipts and payments Qualifications and skills include: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and account management. Prior experience with Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, and cloud-based applications. Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment Maintain confidentiality regarding customer accounts and pricing data. Pay range $23 and up, based on experience.
