Location: Monroe, WI

Start Date: 11/17/2026

End Date: 05/18/2027

Shift: 24-hour day shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 AM) combination of weekdays and weekends, prefer blocked scheduling, minimum 5 shifts/month

Hours/Week: Variable per schedule

Employment Type: Contract

License/Certs: MD/DO, Board Certified, BLS, ACLS, NRP, IMLC license accepted

Experience: 12 years preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $2,535.00

What You'll Do

• Provide labor and delivery coverage, including routine management and emergency consults
• Perform cesarean sections, vaginal deliveries, and postpartum rounding
• Respond to emergency gynecologic cases as needed, with limited high-risk obstetric cases
• Collaborate with support staff and hospital teams to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR system
• Support staffing needs across multiple sites if required (Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe Clinic, Madison)

What You Need

• MD/DO license with IMLC accepted
• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• 12 years of obstetrics/gynecology experience preferred
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts and support rotational coverage
• Willingness to float to other sites as needed
