Sodexo has an opening for an Employee Relations Manager focusing on providing guidance and coaching managers on employee performance and conduct. This position is a remote position with a preference of the candidate being in California or having California Employment Law knowledge. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, guiding leaders through sensitive matters and ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution of HR issues. With access to enterprise systems and data, you’ll help shape a positive employee experience and strengthen compliance and accountability across the organization. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team. Skillset to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and calm under pressure, even in high-stakes or time-sensitive scenarios. Deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to consistency.
