Lacedaemon Distributions, a proud veteran-owned logistics company, is seeking an experienced, high-energy, and logistics-savvy DSP Dispatcher/Supervisor to lead our seasonal team. While this begins as a Peak Season pop-up role running from September 22, 2026 through January 15, 2027 out of DLX8 (Santa Ana), high-performing supervisors will be heavily considered for permanent, year-round leadership opportunities at our core station (DLX7 - Cypress) following the conclusion of the season.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base Hourly Pay: $23.00/hour with a stable full-time schedule structure.
• Up to $1,000 Milestone Retention Bonus: Paid out in distinct stages based on continuous active employment, operational continuity, and performance without written corrective actions:
  • Milestone 1: $250.00 after your fi rst 30 days of active employment.
  • Milestone 2: $250.00 following Black Friday / Cyber Week operations.
  • Milestone 3: $500.00 upon completing the seasonal sprint through January 15.
  • (Note: A formal, written milestone bonus policy document will be provided upon hire, which explicitly details all retention criteria, program guidelines, and the corresponding payroll payout schedule).
• Weekly Performance Kicker: Extra $50.00 / week when you successfully lead the fleet to a "Fantastic Plus" standing on the Amazon scorecard (paid out on your bi-weekly payroll).
• $150 Referral Rewards: Bring a dependable driver or supervisor peer along and pocket extra cash if they stay through the end of the season.
• Career Growth: Direct path to a permanent, year-round supervisor role at DLX7 after January 15, 2027.

Schedule & Shift Details:

• Consistent Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week (40 hours per week).
• Daily Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (Includes a mandatory 30-minute unpaid meal break).
• Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekend days as part of your normal 5-day rotation.
• Strict 8-Hour Daily Limit: Shifts are tightly capped at 8 hours per day to align with station operational constraints. Exceptional organization and time management are required to cleanly complete closing, end-of-day reporting, and driver return-to-station (RTS) procedures by 10:30 PM daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Monitoring & Routing: Live-monitor fleet progress via Cortex, proactively managing rescues to ensure zero dropped routes. Dynamically re-route vehicles when logistically necessary.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Serve as the primary closing point of contact for Delivery Associates (DAs) and Amazon station leadership. Follow up and coach DAs who fail to meet standards to prevent future mishaps.
• Metrics & Safety Enforcement: Audit and enforce daily safety metrics, including Mentor/Netradyne compliance, emergency call handling, and post-trip van inspections. Ensure all packages are delivered safely, accurately, and on pace.
• RTS, Debrief & Reporting: Assist DAs with return-to-station (RTS) and end-of-shift procedures. Compile and update the WASH (end of day report) with critical shift data for the executive leadership team before clocking out at 10:30 PM.

Strict Job Requirements:

• Required: Minimum 1 year of direct experience as an Amazon DSP Dispatcher or Supervisor.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level familiarity with Amazon Cortex , logistics routing, and DSP scorecard metrics.
• Communication & Crisis Management: Exceptional communication skills—ability to solve problems and reroute vehicles calmly under intense peak-season pressure.
• Absolute Reliability: Our team, drivers, and operational windows depend on your consistent attendance. Strict adherence to the attendance policy is required.
• Compliance: Must be 21 or older with a valid state driver's license, clean driving record, authorization to work in the U.S., and able to pass a standard 4-panel drug screening.
