About This Job
Our mission is to protect West Bank homes and businesses by ensuring that our flood protection system functions as designed. This position provides physical effort to accomplish a variety of manual tasks and skilled light equipment operation.
Minimum Qualifications
No experience or training is required.
Job Duties and Other Information
Job duties include operating motorized equipment, assisting in performing scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment, assisting mechanic with minor repairs, operating small handheld power equipment, and assisting Foreman A in ensuring minor repairs are performed and routine user maintenance is completed.
Position-specific details include: appointment type as probationary up to 24 months, no participation in a career progression group, and compensation determined based on qualifications and experience.
