This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced staffing professional or strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing sales, operations, recruiting, and team development. What You'll Do Lead the sales, operations, and profitability of the Sanford branch. Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing internal team. Drive new business growth while strengthening existing client relationships. Ensure exceptional customer service and successful recruiting operations. Coach team members to achieve performance goals and grow their careers. Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations. What We're Looking For Previous staffing, recruiting, or branch leadership experience preferred. Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing employees. Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
