The Club features championship golf along with racquet sports, aquatics, fitness, dining, events, and social programming. Experience Required Significant leadership experience within a private club, golf club, resort, hospitality, or similarly service‑driven environment. Previous General Manager, Club Manager, Assistant General Manager, or comparable senior leadership experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success leading multi‑department operations and management teams. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor, and operating results. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Proven ability to develop teams and create a culture of accountability and exceptional service. Highly visible, approachable, and comfortable interacting regularly with members, employees, and senior leadership. Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant industry certifications are a plus. Essential Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for all Club operations and department leaders. Build, develop, and retain a high‑performing management team while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture. Maintain a highly visible and engaged presence throughout the Club, building strong relationships with members and employees. Ensure an exceptional and consistent member experience across all areas of the Club. Proactively seek member feedback and identify opportunities to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets. Monitor financial performance, labor, expenses, revenue, and departmental results. Partner with department leaders to improve operational efficiency and overall Club performance. Recruit, coach, and develop department leaders while establishing clear expectations and accountability. Promote strong communication and collaboration across all Club departments. Oversee the overall condition, presentation, and maintenance of Club facilities and amenities. Partner with Heritage Golf Group leadership on strategic initiatives, capital projects, and opportunities to enhance the property.
