Administrative Support Coordinator

LaSalle Network is hiring for an Administrative Support Coordinator to join a professional financial services team in Northbrook on a contract basis. This contract Administrative Support Coordinator will play an important role in keeping daily operations moving. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced banking and investment environment where accuracy matters.

Administrative Support Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and team members.
• Manage the team's shared inbox and respond to assigned emails.
• Handle calls and emails from internal employees and external customers.
• Route questions and requests to the appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings and scheduling activities.
• Assist with weekly workflow tasks and portfolio reports as assigned by the Team Lead.
• Maintain organized documents, communications and administrative processes.
• Support additional office and team initiatives as needed.

Administrative Support Coordinator Requirements:

• 2+ years of administrative, coordinator or office support experience out of financial services, banking, or insurance.
• Strong organization and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on outstanding requests.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook and calendar management.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Banking, insurance, investment services or financial services experience is highly preferred.

Key Details:

• Compensation: $20-25 per hour
