Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up, operate, and monitor precision rolling milling machinery to ensure metal is processed to exact thickness specs.
- Perform machine calibration and basic maintenance.
- Inspect materials using micrometers, hand tools, and related equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and quality standards.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities.
Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications. Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits to include health, and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).
What You Bring:
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions with close attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift 10-50 lbs and stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
