Qualifications:

• Experience in leading recruitment initiatives and achieving annual talent acquisition goals.
• Ability to maintain high personal production performance, consistently meeting leadership benchmarks.
• Proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership to identify and pursue strategic market opportunities.
• Experience in developing and executing recruiting, onboarding, and training programs to enhance advisor performance.
• Ability to build and cultivate strong professional relationships to develop a robust talent pipeline.
