- Develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively promote the firm's services and strengthen client engagement.
- Implement programs that support advisor success, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project success and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to inform business development activities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning efforts.
- Experience in leading recruitment initiatives and achieving annual talent acquisition goals.
- Ability to maintain high personal production performance, consistently meeting leadership benchmarks.
- Proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership to identify and pursue strategic market opportunities.
- Experience in developing and executing recruiting, onboarding, and training programs to enhance advisor performance.
- Ability to build and cultivate strong professional relationships to develop a robust talent pipeline.
- Participation in leadership development initiatives and continuing education programs to expand leadership capabilities.
