Job Title Director Assistant for the Crèche of Pleine-Fougères Job Description Join the Community of Communes of the Country of Dol and the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel: enriching opportunities in a privileged work environment. Following a reorganization of the Early Childhood Service, the Community of Communes is looking for a director assistant for its crèche in Pleine-Fougères. The person will be responsible for contributing and participating in the management of the structure under the responsibility of the director of the crèche and will ensure the continuity of the direction in their absence. You will be asked to: Accompany and support the director in all their missions related to the welcome of children, the supervision of the team, administrative management, and the application of the pedagogical values of the crèche Ensure in a benevolent way and with a view to the integration of all, the welcome of children and the construction of a trust relationship with parents Propose, elaborate, and implement actions to stimulate young children in coherence with the pedagogical project of the structure Participate in the harmonization and evolution of pedagogical practices for the team and the trainee students welcomed, centered on well-being Participate in the opening of the structure by relying on community resources (ACM and libraries) and its insertion in a network (DRE and PMI) Profile Sought You possess: A State diploma EJE or equivalent Strong relational and adaptive qualities to work in a team or independently Rigorousness and quality of expression allowing with pedagogy and diplomacy the adhesion of all (teams and parents) A capacity of adaptation to manage urgent situations A sense of creativity and dynamism to participate in the fulfillment of all You know: The phases of development in children The techniques of team management, meeting animation, and conflict management The rules of hygiene, health, and safety of children, as well as risk prevention gestures The computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, billing software, etc.) Additional Information As a committed employer, we offer: An indemnity regime Restaurant vouchers of 8€ (60% covered by the employer) Membership to the CNAS (social and cultural benefits) An employer contribution to the pension plan (15€ gross/month) and to the complementary health insurance (35€ gross/month) under condition An annualised work cycle The possibility to telework if agreed with the manager You want to join us! L332-8 disposition 2 of the general code of the territorial public service - A contractual employee can be recruited on this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has succeeded. The proposed contract cannot exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
