Certified Medication Technician (CMT) - Part-Time Day
Job Summary:
Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our part-time team. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being are always at the forefront. Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Monitor and document the effectiveness of medications and report any adverse reactions
Assist with vital sign checks, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident-centered care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment

Requirements:
Certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
