Senior Solutions Architect Location: Washington DC Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Everforth ECS Federal is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to support a mission-focused federal IT program. The role involves designing solutions that modernize and protect key national security and law enforcement systems. You will help guide technical direction in a collaborative, expanding mission environment focused on secure, scalable, resilient, and operationally effective technology solutions. The Senior Solutions Architect will lead the design and integration of enterprise IT, security, infrastructure, cloud, data, and application solutions aligned to federal mission needs. This role will translate mission, business, technical, and security requirements into solution architectures that support modernization, compliance, performance, and long-term operational success. Key responsibilities include: Develop solution architectures and lead design reviews. Map requirements to technical capabilities and guide implementation teams. Brief stakeholders and support modernization, integration, security alignment, and technical trade‑off analysis. Work closely with program leadership, engineering teams, cybersecurity personnel, customer stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical, secure, and aligned with mission priorities. Guide technical teams through design, implementation, risk management, and operational transition in a classified or sensitive mission environment. Required Skills Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture, systems integration, or enterprise IT. Experience designing solutions for federal or regulated environments. Ability to lead cross‑functional technical teams. Desired Skills Security+, CISSP, cloud certifications, Zero Trust, classified, AI, litigation, application modernization, or secure systems integration experience.
