Provide fast quotes, and order services for internal stakeholders within the categories assigned by the Shared Service Center, in line with Procurement's tactical sourcing strategies. Execute procurement business processes, primarily focusing on P2P (Purchase-to-pay), but potentially other relevant Procurement processes. This entails conducting competitive bidding, contract negotiation and the processing of invoices and payments. Work with suppliers to improve performance in line with Procurement's performance metrics. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal adherence to Procurement policies and procedures. Discover, track, and resolve day-to-day P2P issues, and take actions to improve processes within the immediate scope. Qualifications Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop category intelligence, analyze supply markets, and create data-driven procurement strategies. Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, navigate ambiguity, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. Communication Excellence: Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable procurement plans. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70304 - $104000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
