Centered on GMVmax, we build scalable products that help merchants identify key issues, discover growth opportunities, and take clear, actionable next steps. Work with the lead Product Manager to build TikTok shop ads products like diagnosis, benift, recommendation, insight products that help advertisers follow ads best practice and grow their business on Tiktok shop. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like operations, engineering, data science, platform to define goals, develop, test, and launch products Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization Qualifications Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline. Be able to understand clients' measurement metrics and budget allocation logics, dig out requirements from the clients' perspective. Focus on achieving tangible outcomes and key performance indicators. Proven ability to think logically and strategically, with some experience in product planning and design that aligns with overarching business goals. Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails. Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122574 - $184000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
