You will be responsible for the TikTok advertising product experience, including optimizing the ad creation process, improving ad infrastructure. Through this experience, you will gain firsthand knowledge of the underlying logic and implementation of advertising products, enabling a deep understanding of the advertising business. Responsibilities:- Assist the project lead in designing and optimizing advertising products, including new product design, experience optimization, data analysis, etc., with a focus on enhancing advertiser experience on the platform.- Develop a deep understanding of advertiser optimization habits and advertising delivery mechanisms; analyze key factors that impact campaign performance; identify opportunities to improve budget efficiency and campaign effectiveness through data analysis and user research.- Manage the full product lifecycle, collaborating with global cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of all phases—including product design, development, go-to-market (GTM), and requirements gathering—to improve system efficiency and customer experience. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.- Academic background in computer science or related fields, with technical experience or project work preferred;- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems;- Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity;- A heavy user of internet products, curious and passionate about product design and user experience; prior product-related internship or project experience is a plus Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122574 - $184000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
