Join our busy, locally rooted real estate team in Astoria, Queens! We work in rentals, residential sales, and commercial real estate and are looking for a reliable, self-driven team member to help grow our business. We’re seeking someone who’s flexible, eager to learn, and ready to contribute in all areas of the business—from day-to-day real estate activities to administrative support, social media marketing, and client communications. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of real estate while being part of a tight-knit, experienced team with deep local knowledge and a strong reputation in the Astoria market. Responsibilities Assist with property showings, open houses, and client appointments Support transaction coordination Help manage administrative tasks such as data entry, client follow-ups, and maintaining organized records Create and post engaging content for social media platforms to promote listings and build brand presence Support marketing efforts including listing descriptions, email campaigns, and basic design tasks Help maintain listing platforms (MLS, StreetEasy, etc.) and update property information as needed Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth daily operations Follow-up with leads to increase sales Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Qualifications Must have flexible work schedule. Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel to showings and appointments. Must be licensed or actively in the process of obtaining a real estate license.
