This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership and drive results.The Day-to-Day:Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritizing customer needsOversee team members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean, neat appearancesEnsure food safety, quality, and accuracy of ordersResolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining positive customer relationsProvide regular feedback to the GM on team member performanceOffer ongoing, constructive, and positive feedback to team membersActively participate in training team membersHandle conflicts constructively and work with the GM to achieve resolutionAssist the GM in screening team member candidatesAssist with Profit & Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing laborOversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding timesAssist the GM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are always followedIs This You?1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months of shift lead experience preferredAdheres to cash handling, security, inventory, and labor policiesMust be at least 18 years of ageReliable and dependable transportationExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsPhysical dexterity required (ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another)Strong attendance and punctualityAbility to operate the cash register and make change for other cashiersBasic math skillsMaintains customer satisfaction and adheres to health and safety standardsPromotes and champions Taco Bell’s culture and valuesProvides constructive feedback to team membersExecutes shift duties accurately and efficientlyPromotes equity, inclusion, and belongingEnsures teammates and customers enjoy a positive experienceComfortable speaking, reading, and writing in EnglishWork Hard, Play Hard:Competitive payMedical benefitsDiscounts, swag, and… honestly, too many great benefits to namePay Rate: $20.50 per hour - $21.50 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
