Accounting Associate

The Accounting Associate plays a critical role in supporting the daily financial operations of a fast-growing, family-owned business. This position is responsible for delivering full-cycle accounts payable tasks, performing company bank and credit card reconciliations, and auditing location-specific daily sales and deposit transactions. What’sInItForYou? $24 - $27 per hour, based on experience. This is a Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. schedule with some flexibility on start and end times. What We’re Looking For Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. Entry-level to two years of accounting or finance experience; prior accounts payable experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Office 365, and Excel. Experience with Sage Intacct and corporate expense tools like Ramp is highly preferred. Proven ability to work in a deadline driven, detail-oriented environment.
