Human Resources Generalist As an HR Generalist within Campus Enterprises, you will serve as a cornerstone of our Human Resources team, delivering exceptional guidance and support to supervisors and employees alike. You will champion the employee lifecycle for your designated units, ensuring our teams have the support they need from day one. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead recruitment for SHRA, EPS, and temporary roles, including job fairs and community partner relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for employment requests for student, temporary, SHRA, and EPS employees. Ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and background check processes run smoothly. Serve on selection committees and advise hiring managers to align recruitment with federal, state, and university policies. Collaborate with the broader University HR team to share best practices. Identify training opportunities, recommend new procedures, and develop engaging training sessions for supervisors. HR Operations & Analytics Maintain accurate data entry in the HRIM system. Support payroll and leave administration, review bi‑weekly and monthly payrolls, assist with time corrections in WolfTime, and manage leave including FMLA, PPL, and Worker’s Compensation. Model the Division’s mission and values, fostering a positive, cohesive workplace. Understand organizational goals and culture to ensure employees’ activities align with client service objectives. Adhere to all University policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as Division standard operating practices. Serve on division or university committees, including search committees. Assist with HR related projects and perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience. All degrees must be from accredited institutions. Experience working in human resources. Strong baseline knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and University policies. Passion for HR best practices and a desire to meet evolving needs of a varied division. Adaptability and collaborative spirit, able to adapt to shifting business unit needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience with HR information systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, PeopleAdmin, KABA). Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
