Our agency opened in 2024 and has quickly grown into a close-knit, hardworking team of three. I’ve been with State Farm for nine years — it’s the only company I’ve ever worked for — and I began my career as a team member before opening my own agency. That hands-on experience shapes how I lead today, with empathy, energy, and a strong focus on creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. As a mom of five (ages 19 to 4), family and work-life balance are extremely important to me, and I make sure my team receives that same flexibility and support. We truly believe that when you take care of your people, they’ll take great care of your customers. Our office culture is fun, social, and full of positivity. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ashley Taylor - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
