Persohotel International representantes exclusivos de PRINCESS CRUISES en México y CentroAmérica está en busca de 2ND COMMIS CHEF excepcional para unirse a nuestra flota de cruceros de lujo. Responsabilidades
Como 2ND COMMIS CHEF en nuestra flota de cruceros, serás responsable de:
- Trabajar en equipo con otros departamentos, garantizando que las operaciones en cocina se realicen de manera eficiente y fluida.
- Mantener altos estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria, de acuerdo con las normativas y procedimientos establecidos.
- Mice en place Cocina principal .Main Galley.
Requisitos
Los candidatos deben cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años como COCINERO
- Dominio de inglés intermedio-avanzado , para facilitar la comunicación con el equipo internacional y los pasajeros.
- Experiencia previa en hoteles, resorts o cruceros , restaurantes fine dining con un fuerte enfoque en la cocina internacional.
- Amplio conocimiento de diversas técnicas culinarias y tradiciones culinarias internacionales.
- Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo , con la capacidad de trabajar en un entorno dinámico y bajo presión.

Requisitos:- Experiencia laboral en Cocina como COCINERO de al menos 2 años en Hoteles, Resorts, Restaurantes Fine Dining o Cruceros.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado indispensable.
- Disponibilidad para laborar contratos de 8 meses abordo.
- Pasaporte vigente por al menos 1 año
- Solo candidatos de México o Latinoamérica
