Food Service Worker

Starting Date: Aug 26, 2026 Job Description Food Service Worker for Middle School Reports to: the MS Manager and Food Service Director Rate: $19.14 – $21.39 hourly (per salary step schedule) Hours: 7.75 hours per day – 5 days a week (6:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) Location: Dedham Middle School & Other Schools as necessary Qualifications Food service experience preferred. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. Able to follow directions and carry out instructions accordingly. Positive attitude. Physical ability to lift, bend, reach repeatedly. Eligibility This position is open to all qualified candidates. The prime consideration is to obtain the best possible candidate. Job Requirements High School/Trade School degree preferred. Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
