This role includes general ledger management, financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in corporate accounting.Responsibilities:Key participant in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closeAssists with financial statement preparation, reporting, and analysisAssist with international subsidiary audits, country specific statutory audits and tax filings. Also provides support for US audit and tax filings.Responsible for related account reconciliations and journal entriesMaintains records and assists with compliance of transfer pricing requirements.Assist in the preparation of financial statements for all international subsidiaries.Assist international audits (financial, statutory, etc.) and tax filings.Additional projects and analysis as requestedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting3-5 years' experience general ledger accounting or public accountingExcellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skillsInternational accounting experience a plusCost accounting experience a plusFlexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and assignmentsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAccountabilities:Accurate and timely completion of financial close requirementsRegular and predictable attendance requiredRelationships:Will report directly to the ControllerWorks closely with all cross functional groupsWorking for PetSafe Brands definitely has its benefits.
