Senior Business Operations Specialist Overview Join our Seattle, Washington team as a Senior Business Operations Specialist supporting the BT&E Flight Operations Commercial Program. The role integrates programs, plans, and strategies to achieve business objectives and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities Assist in development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals, including sourcing strategy, cost imperatives, deployment analysis, and impact mitigation. Create accurate technical reports from multiple data sources, ensuring reliable and precise information. Basic Qualifications US Person status as defined by 22C.F.R. §120.15 to meet Export Control compliance. 5+ years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Management, or related fields. 5+ years leading or managing cross‑functional or cross‑business‑unit projects. 5+ years producing and presenting Executive‑level presentations. 5+ years working with organizational leaders to develop and implement plans, objectives, reports for management reviews, and performance tracking. 3+ years developing and managing strong relationships with internal and external partners, government and community customers, and representatives. 5+ years proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Highly proficient with multitasking, handling daily work and emerging issues while prioritizing stakeholder requests. Experience gathering requirements for projects. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a role requiring frequent interaction. Pay & Benefits Senior Level4 base pay range: $126,650–$171,350, with variable compensation opportunities.
