Concrete Finisher / Laborer

We are looking for a Concrete Finisher / Laborer to join our team. This position will assist with concrete work, forming, finishing, and general job site duties. The right candidate should be dependable, willing to work hard, and able to follow safety procedures. Our team works 10 hour shifts, Monday-Thursday 4:00am-2:00pm. We are specifically looking to hire someone willing to work occasional overtime on Friday, approximately 5 hours or so depending on workload (pulling and pouring treads). Starting pay is anywhere between $20-$26

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete pouring, spreading, leveling, and finishing.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Understand project specifications.
• Perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding work.
• Working outdoors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company and job site safety requirements.
• Work with the crew to complete projects efficiently and correctly.
• Assist with general construction and job site tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Previous concrete experience.
• Experience with concrete forming, finishing, welded wire experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment (such as a forklift).
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Must follow all safety requirements and work well with others.
