As a Licensed Sales Agent , you’ll connect with both new and existing clients to uncover their insurance needs, build customized solutions, and confidently guide them through the decision-making process. Responsibilities

Build quotes, present solutions, and close new business through needs-based selling
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and partner outreach
Maintain strong client relationships with excellent service
Follow underwriting and compliance guidelines
Keep client information accurate in the agency system

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or a related role
Bilingual skills are a plus (not required)
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to build relationships and close deals
Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset suited for a sales environment
