Custodian

Custodian for our Headquarters office! 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, $17.50 an hour To maintain the overall cleanliness and neatness of the facility on a daily basis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Daily cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, lobby area, receptionist area, mail/copy room, offices, water fountains, conference/training rooms, entrance doors, and mopping of hallway and break rooms, including Finance building. Removal of trash from all areas of facility, recyclables. Vacuuming of main aisles, entrance‑way carpets and warehouse office rugs. Vacuuming of cubicles and offices when dusting is done (1/2 building every week). Weekly cleaning of lab, fitness area, and break room refrigerators. Sweeping of stairs bi‑weekly. Stock all restrooms with paper products as needed. Notify maintenance of any repairs needed. Launder all cleaning cloths and linens. Education and/or experience: Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
