Role Overview Provides direct and indirect patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. Utilizes critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to restore health, preserve patient dignity, and promote autonomy. Performs general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritizes care effectively. Performs general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritizes care effectively. Key Responsibilities Assess patients accurately based on their medical condition. Administer prescribed medications and provide age-appropriate care. Develop and evaluate patient and family teaching plans. Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical skills. Address psychosocial needs, communicating with social services for discharge planning. Use cost-effective practices and optimize resource usage. Prioritize patient safety and promote a safe care environment. Engage in ongoing professional development and lifelong learning. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
