Use sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer‑specific needs, generate new sales, retain existing insureds, and grow ACG’s insurance book. Effectively overcome objections to close the sale and/or retain insureds. Meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan. Conduct insurance reviews, assess risk, recommend products, quote, bind, and issue policies. Participate in local branch events to solicit new business and build networks. Build rapport to establish customer satisfaction, loyalty, and affinity to AAA brand. Respond to customer inquiries on insurance, membership, financial products. Refer members to other lines of business as appropriate. Required Qualifications Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license. Active State Life Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire. Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses for selling/servicing Membership products. Obtain Health and Accident licenses/appointments where applicable. Education High School diploma or equivalent. Work Experience 1+ year(s) of customer‑facing experience in a fast‑paced, computer‑automated business environment (e.g., financial/banking). Preferred Skills Strong sales skills and experience in developing, tracking, following up on and closing leads. Consultative selling techniques utilizing thorough product knowledge. Strong prospecting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer focus. Ambition, motivation, and drive. Knowledge of desktop systems including CRM and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent listening skills and ability to understand customer needs. Work Environment Works in a temperature‑controlled branch location. Ability to work irregular hours, possible weekend work, and travel to local branch events.
