Product Manager - Artisan

Key Responsibilities Define and execute the product roadmap for AI BDR features, ensuring alignment with market needs and company vision. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and sales teams to deliver high-impact releases on schedule. Analyze user behavior, performance metrics, and competitive landscape to inform prioritization and feature enhancements. Champion a data-driven culture, turning insights into actionable product decisions and growth experiments. Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback from early adopters and iterating quickly to improve adoption and retention. Requirements 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably with AI or B2B sales tools. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven product decisions. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex features on time. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
