Sales Lead

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proven sales closer who can take complex opportunities from initial concept through to signed contract and project completion. The Role: This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who knows how to close large, complex contracts. You will identify and develop opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, coordinate site assessments and proposals, navigate procurement, negotiate contracts, and drive projects through to completion. We are not looking for someone who simply generates leads or books meetings. We want a commercially driven closer with a proven record of winning multimillion-dollar contracts. Key Responsibilities: Own opportunities from initial concept through to signed contract and project completion. Develop and manage a strong pipeline of high-value projects. Build relationships with executives, facility leaders, security professionals, contractors, and procurement teams. Lead site visits, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract discussions. Navigate complex, long-term sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Coordinate closely with R2P’s engineering, operations, and leadership teams. Maintain momentum across every opportunity and ensure clear next steps. Sell into the education, healthcare, commercial, and government markets. Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. About You: A proven sales closer with experience winning multimillion-dollar contracts. Experienced selling physical security systems, defense hardware, building products, or other complex technical solutions. Ideally experienced selling into education, healthcare, or commercial organizations. Confident working with senior executives and multiple decision-makers. Skilled in negotiation, procurement, contracting, and consultative sales. Comfortable managing long and complex sales cycles. Highly accountable, commercially focused, and driven by results. Able to take ownership of an opportunity and push it through to completion. Preferred Experience: Demonstrated history of closing seven-figure contracts. Experience selling physical security or defense-related hardware. Existing relationships within education, healthcare, commercial, or government markets.
