$200,000 at plan commission

• Lead and inspire a team of real estate professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with our company's mission and drive market growth in the Charleston-North Charleston area

• Utilize cutting-edge technology and AI tools to streamline processes, enhance client experiences, and optimize team performance

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders to enhance our brand's reputation and market presence

• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members, empowering them to reach their full potential and advance their careers

• Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of the industry

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, operations, and customer service initiatives, ensuring a seamless client journey

Required:

• Active South Carolina real estate license (required)

• Active in Charleston, South Carolina

• 1–3 years of experience as a practicing real estate agent with a track record of closed production

• Demonstrated experience leading, managing, or mentoring a team in any professional setting

• Strong communicator; effective one-on-one, comfortable on the phone, and clear in writing

• High energy, self-directed, and consistent — you follow through without being chased

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of your pipeline

• Comfortable working in CRM and recruiting platforms (Follow Up Boss, WizeHire, Indeed, or similar)

• Knowledge of the South Carolina real estate market; local roots matter here

Preferred:

• Experience with real estate team operations, recruiting, or agent development

• Active social media presence or comfort using digital platforms for professional outreach

• Background in sales coaching, training, or accountability systems

• Familiarity with lead generation tools and lead management workflows
