Qualifications: Active Real Estate License (required). Experience in coordinating real estate listings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ability to collaborate effectively with real estate agents and marketing teams. Proven track record of maintaining organized records and communications. Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements. Ability to facilitate clear communication between clients, agents, and stakeholders. Experience in monitoring market trends and providing actionable insights. Proficiency in using real estate listing platforms and CRM systems is a plus. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
