Overview This is a Floating position to Maple Glen, Arbor Glen, and Ridgewood Center with potential Premium Pay and up to $10,000 Sign On Incentive. Employee recognition program and professional development program. Location & Work Environment Physical Therapist in facility setting, reporting to Director of Rehab. Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy sessions to help patients regain function. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and independence skills. Collaborate with peers and refer patients to complementary care as needed. Design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master’s in a related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. U.S. equivalent evaluation required for degrees earned outside the U.S. Compensation Posted salary range: USD $40.00 – $53.00 per hour with a bonus of USD $10,000.00. #J-18808-Ljbffr
